Agree what stays fixed for the next batch
Tell us the last accepted revision, the quantity now needed and anything that changed.
1.0Start from the agreed record
We review the material, manufacturing route, fixture and inspection plan against the agreed record. A proposed change is discussed before manufacture. The demo stores no previous orders.
2.0No change, or a new revision?
Confirm the part reference, accepted revision, material, finish, quantity and requested date. If a drawing changed, identify the old revision, new revision and change. Mark an unagreed revision as an enquiry.
3.0SAMPLE-REPEAT-01
Last accepted revision A. Requested revision B. Changed hole pattern. Screening quantity 25, with alternatives 50 and 100 for the same specification, quoted separately. Prior as-machined finish retained; document scope to reconfirm.
4.0The next quotation
Material, process, fixture, inspection and the requested date are reviewed before a new quotation. A previous batch does not reserve a slot for the next one.
