Alternative quantities: 50 and 100 for the same specification, quoted separately.

Declared drawing standard/edition: Not specified. Numeric tolerance is a separate request.
Previous accepted reference/revision and change status: Not applicable, prototype.
Documents: dimensional report requested; features, scope and availability to agree.
NDA discussion: Unsure. Please agree the route before sharing confidential files.
Files checklist: STEP model and PDF drawing to prepare at the same revision; no real files received.
Quote-by request: Not specified. Reply preference: Email.
Requested delivery: 16 April 2027, flexible by one week, to the Netherlands.

Drawing revision, pocket and hole details, datums, inspection scope, drawing standard and NDA decision still need to be agreed. The capability check does not approve manufacture.

The fictional service target is a first reply in 1–2 business days after receipt and a quotation in 2–3 business days after a complete RFQ. These are sample targets, not confirmed dates. We confirm price, VAT, shipping, delivery and the agreed specification in a written quotation. Your request does not place an order.

Reply to this email to correct or add non-confidential details, quoting DEMO-RFQ-001. Ask us to agree a suitable route before sending confidential or controlled technical files.
