4.0Visiting

Visits are by agreement, so the person who knows your part is free. Most visitors come to see a first part measured or to agree an inspection plan. Machines stay closed and guarded; a member of the team walks you through the hall on the marked route.

We send the route and the door to use with the visit confirmation.

5.0Questions

Can I watch my first part being measured?

Yes, by agreement. Ask in your RFQ or order, and we plan the visit around the first-piece check.

Can I drop off my own material?

Yes, at the goods-in dock by appointment. Bring the order reference and any material certificate.

Can I collect finished parts?

Yes. Collections run through the goods-in dock on weekdays; we confirm the time when the batch is packed.

6.0Next step

Send the part first. Visits and collections are arranged once the RFQ is in.
